Payment

We are a cashfree studio & do not carry cash change. We do accept all major credit cards, zelle, & exact change if cash is preferred.

Children & Pets

As much as we love them, we ask that you do not bring your little love ones into the studio unless they are receiving a service.

The Salon environment can be dangerous and not a place for little ones. There are chemicals, breakables, outlets, sharp objects, hot tools, etc. being used during business hours. We are not responsible for any incidences/mishaps that may occur in the salon.

Running late

We will do our best to accommodate you if you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, but we may have to adjust your services based on the time we have.

Cancellations/No-shows

More than 48 hours: if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we are happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge.

Less than 48 hours: if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment a 50% charge of the scheduled service must be paid prior to booking a new appointment.

We understand circumstances out of your control may arise and get that life happens. We will do our best to be as fair as possible. Please be fair in respecting your stylist’s time as well.

No Shows: 100% of services booked are required prior to booking a new appointment.

Product Returns

If you are unhappy with a haircare product and the product is mostly (at least 3/4 full) unused, you may bring the item back within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Service Adjustment/Re-do

Due to the extensive time + product spent during your color services & extension appointments, we do not offer refunds.

It is important to us that all guests of Em Hair Studio love their hair & sometimes things don’t turn out how you expect.

If you want your cut a little shorter, more layers, a darker toner, or decide you don’t like something due to technical error, please contact us within 7 days to have it adjusted. We are happy to rectify any mistakes made on our end. Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of your original date of service. Beyond that, full service charges do apply.
