This is for those that want a full service, all packaged together.

Going Lighter
This is for those who:
Want to go lighter than their current hair color.
Have had their hair lightened (bleached & foiled) in the past 6–8 months and need a retouch.
Are looking for results like balayage, lived-in color, highlights, ombré, sunkissed blonde/bronde, color melt, or dimensional blonde/brunette.
Includes wash & style.

Haircut
This is for those who:
Want to go shorter—whether it’s a 1” or a big change from waist-length to above the shoulders.
Need a refresh to remove split ends or dry ends.
Expect scissors or shears to touch their hair at any point during the service.

Hair/Scalp Treatment
Whether your strands need extra hydration, repair, or some scalp-loving, we offer a variety of customized treatments to bring your hair back to life.
Formula 18 Mask – Re-bonding treatment for dry or damaged hair. Strengthens, repairs, and reduces split ends. Recommended to add-on with bleaching services.

Crystal Gel Mineral Detox – 45-min treatment that removes mineral buildup (copper, iron, calcium, hard water) to clarify and soften hair. Recommended every season (4x a year).

Milbon Intensive Repair – 30-min, 4-step deep treatment that restores protein and repairs damaged hair.

Milbon Scalp Treatment – 30-min treatment to balance scalp pH, reducing flakes, itchiness, and excess oil. Includes a 15-minute relaxing scalp massage to promote circulation and scalp health.

Single Color
This is for those who want to:
-Cover grays or enhance their existing color.
-Refresh faded color or add shine with a gloss/toner.
-Deepen their current hair color 2–3 levels (bronde, brunette or red tones)
-Lighten virgin hair 1–2 levels.
-This service involves no foils or bleaching.
This service is NOT for:
-Going more than 2 shades lighter on virgin hair.
-Lifting previously colored hair (single color cannot lighten dyed hair)
-Achieving a single-tone ash color on virgin hair (this requires lightening & toning)

Custom Revamp
A soft, subtle refresh/touch up to your face frame (money piece) and part line without a full-color commitment. This service uses a few carefully placed foils to add lightness around your face and along your natural part, blending seamlessly into your existing color.
Perfect for in-between lightening sessions. Recommended every 2–3 months between an ‘Em’s Lighter & Brighter’ service.

The Transformation
For those ready to go significantly lighter. Ideal if you have virgin hair or haven’t colored in 2–3+ years and want a dramatic change—like high-contrast blonde, platinum, pastels, or fashion colors. This service lightens 75% or more of your hair.

SOS! Color Correction
For the girlies with a hair emergency—when things didn’t go as planned, and you need a fix!
Choose this if:
Your hair was recently done at another salon, and you’re unhappy with the results.
You have uneven tones or color bands and want a seamless, blended look.
You (or a friend) tried DIY hair color, and now it needs professional help.
You have 2–3 layers of color history and want to go lighter.
You’re unsure but have color history and want a change.
Due to the intensive nature of color corrections, we ask that you complete our quick pre-consult form below.

Chef’s Choice Color
This is for those: Don’t know or open to allowing the stylist to take charge of the service to create their art.Making choices stresses you out & you like to say "Whatever you think" or want to leave it to the professional. This choice is for you.
The Em Chef’s Choice, leaves the decision making to the stylist. You choose a budget you want us to work with & your limitations. (i.e. “Whatever you think, just no reds,” “No bangs, I want to go lighter & low-maintence,” &/or “I’m totally down for ANYTHING, subtle or extreme”) & from there, you can sit back, relax & we will do our thing. If by any small chance you think you may regret this choice, do not choose this service.
